Dr. Asogwa Dominic Obetta is a seasoned public servant and visionary leader with over three decades of service in the Nigeria Immigration Service, rising to Deputy Comptroller General. He founded DOHEF in 2008 to champion education, healthcare, and community empowerment. With advanced degrees in Public Administration, International Law and Diplomacy, History and Education, he combines strategic leadership with deep humanitarian values.
He has represented Nigeria at major international summits and received honors such as the United Nations Medal for peacekeeping in Liberia. Under his leadership, DOHEF provides scholarships, combats human trafficking, and promotes grassroots development across Nigeria.
